Our health and wellness are incredibly important, but it can be hard to make time for them or even know where to begin. That’s where I come in. Through my own health and wellness journey I’ve learned valuable tools and life lessons that have helped me rediscover myself and my passions, feel empowered to change, and allow myself to heal and let go of past trauma and guilt. I’ve found that getting out in nature has made a huge difference in my healing journey and I hope you’ll find the same serenity, peace, and forgiveness as you reconnect with nature, too.

Hi!

My name is Janice

Some people call me Jan, and I’m a Health and Wellness Coach. I have a background of working in the nursing (about 7 years) and healthcare fields (for 10+ years) and I have been trained in the mindset and skillset of coaching.

I absolutely love the outdoors and have personally learned how powerful of a healer and teacher Nature can be. I also love hiking, mountain biking, camping, gardening, exploring, metal detecting and spending time with my husband and our two wonderful dogs.

I am passionate about mental health and helping others, especially those that are or have experienced stress, anxiety, overwhelm, lack of motivation, pregnancy loss/miscarriage, loneliness and mindset challenges. My goal is to help you create goals, accomplish those goals, discover your inner strength, and become your true, best and healthiest self!

Wellness Sessions

Group experiences are designed to help participants reconnect with nature and themselves, find inner peace, and engage in healing activities with others who understand similar struggles. Leave the stress behind and enjoy being fully present and aware in the present moment.

Half-day, full-day, and multi-day retreats
Locations across Utah (hiking trails, scenic spots)
Activities such as:

  • Hiking/walking in nature
  • Guided meditation and deep breathing
  • Yoga/stretching
  • Group discussion and reflection circles
  • Evening campfires and connection
