Frequently Asked Questions

  A 1:1 coaching session with me can look however you need or want it to look. I tailor the sessions to the individual that I am working with. They are offered virtually or in person.

I provide a safe, nonjudgemental, calm and open space where you can be brave, open your heart, soul and mind and lean into the uncomfortableness that may arise. By being vulnerable and opening up, your body, heart, mind and soul can provide you with the valuable insights that have the potential to be a very powerful aid in/through your wellness journey. By working with me as your coach, receiving the help and support I have to offer and being mindful of the insights that come up for you, you have the potential to recognize and embrace the empowerment that each of us holds inside of ourselves (we tend to be un-aware, recognize, embrace and use it). You have the potential to grow into the wholest, healthiest and happiest person that you desire to be. Let’s get started on discovering/defining what wellness looks like to you, co-create goals together and accomplishing the little steps on your health and wellness journey. You got this! 

One on one coaching session time slots are available Tuesday-Friday, 9:00am-7:00pm MST.  Each session will be approximately 1 hour. Different package options are available, please see ‘Offerings’ page.

The activities we do on the group retreats may vary depending on where we go. Activities include: hiking, walking, bike riding, yoga, gentle stretching, deep breathing, journaling, guided meditation, mindfulness activities, creating vision boards, campfire sessions, group discussions and many more.

 

Group retreat lengths vary from a few hours to a few days/nights. There are many possibilities and can be tailored to fit the group. Invite your friends and family to join you for an amazing experience!

Group retreats are available Tuesday-Saturday. Most group retreats held on Tuesdays-Thursdays will be a few hours long. Multiple day/night retreats will be held on Thursdays-Saturdays. *Dates are subject to change based on demand.
